VWR® compact UV transilluminator offer high intensity UV illumination in a compact housing , taking up only 10×8 inches of lab space. The 16×13 cm viewing area is evenly illuminated by four long life, 6 W UV tubes and is ideal for viewing DNA gels and also for imaging.

- Hinged, UV-blocking safety cover
The 302 nm wavelength is ideal for excitation of all common stains such as Ethidium Bromide, SYBR Green as well as many red stains.
Certifications: CE marked.
Caution: UV light can be harmful to eyes and skin. Always use with protective cover in place and wear appropriate protection.
