Spherical gold nanoparticles, 1 mg/ml gold concentration. Silica shell offers high stability in a variety of solvents and a versatile surface for attaching functional groups or creating hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces. Silica shell allows easier deposition onto substrates and incororation into many different solvents, resins, and curable materials because the silica shell provents metal nanoparticles from touching directly / aggregating, helping to preserve the particles' nano and optical properties.

Each batch is extensively characterized to meet highest quality standards, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. All products supplied with batch-specific COA's with TEM, DLS, Zeta, and UV-Vis. to meet the highest quality standards

Colloidal gold has applications in Diagnostics, Lateral Flow Assays, Molecular Detection, Photothermal and Microwave-based Therapies, TEM labels, Nanotoxicology, Plasmonics (SPR / Surface Plasmon Resonance), and novel Color Enhancements and Pigments.
