About this item
GfG’s ZD 22 transmitter is a cost effective transmitter for detecting oxygen, but without the need for explosion protection.
- Expected sensor life of more than 5 years
- High efficiency and low follow-up costs
- Available with display or blind (no display)
Due to the different types of signal transmission, the ZD 22 can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary measuring point or replacement transmitter on existing systems.
The ZD 22 is a powerful transmitter for the detection of oxygen, using an amperometric sensor based on an electrochemical zirconium dioxide oxygen pump cell. The detection principle features good longterm stability and selectivity.
A particularly long sensor life makes the ZD 22 a low cost transmitter for oxygen monitoring. The expected lifetime of the sensor is 5 or more years in continuous operation. In the event of an alarm, the (optional) display will turn red and two LEDs indicate the status.
