About this item
NAB Nanosep® is a low cost alternative to expensive kits that yields quantity and quality of nucleic acid suitable for downstream applications, such as PCR, sequencing, and RE digestion. NAB nanoseps offer various protocols that help the end user save money without sacrificing results.
- Facilitates isolation of RNA, genomic DNA, and plasmid DNA
- Suitable for use with a variety of starting material
- Low cost alternative to costly kits
This device for Nucleic Acid Binding (NAB Nanosep®) is a multipurpose centrifugal device offering researchers the flexibility to purify plasmid DNA, genomic DNA or total RNA from a variety of starting materials: a single column for multiple applications. New NAB Nanosep® centrifugal device provides higher binding of nucleic acids due to its innovative double layer glass fiber membrane which incorporates a dual layer silica-based quartz glass fiber media to allow for efficient binding of DNA and RNA, while providing smooth flow and rapid processing of samples.
Higher yields generate enough sample for multiple downstream applications, thus saving time and money by not requiring processing of additional samples. It can recover from 10000 down to 50 base pairs allowing researchers to analyze the widest range of nucleic acid fragments in a single spin device. The device offers flexibility without sacrificing on quantity or quality of the nucleic acid, and is supported by comprehensive protocols for sample processing.
