Offered in 0.3 Int.Ø×35L mm and 0.8 Int.Ø×50L mm column configurations
pH range of 2.5 to 8.5

This packing is based on ultrapure 3.5 µm ZORBAX® silica particles, bonded with a biofriendly polymer that is functionalized with sulfonic acid groups. This gives strong retention and good peak shape in the ion exchange step of 2D-analysis of peptides and proteins.
