Programs can be written and stored in the remote controller provided with the unit, or the programs can be as simple or complex as needed when written by the user on a PC and run by that PC via the RS-232 I/O port on the rear of the heater.

Uniformity of temperature from the middle of the plate surface to within 0.75 in of the sides is better than 1%. Remote controller enables storing 5 individual programs with up to 10 steps per program for a variety of hands-off, repeatable sample runs.

The programmable mode can store in memory for instant recall and use. The stored routine will be run automatically, and exactly the same, again and again. Bench top controllable and programmable using the remote controller provided with detachable, 6 ft. (1.8 m), three-wire grounded, single phase line cord.
