Gyrolab™ wash buffer (pH 11) is a biodegradable high pH washing buffer that is highly efficient when used in combination with Rexxip buffers.

An additional needle wash with Gyrolab™ wash buffer after sample and reagent transfer can greatly improve the quality of data, especially for analytes that are positively-charged.

To prepare the buffer, dissolve 10 g of Gyrolab™ wash buffer in one liter of deionized or distilled water and filter the solution through a 0.22 μm filter.
