No. CD4-H82F3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.2ug/well) plate, can bind HIV-1 [HIV-1 / Clade E (CM244)] GP120 (Cat. No. GP4-V15223) with a linear range of 10-78 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
