Unity™ HiTemp™ Syringe Barrels, EFD

HiTemp™ barrels withstand 125 °C at up to 6 bar. These syringes can be used with all hot melt adhesives, including moisture sensitive polyurethanes (PURs) and silyl modified polymers (SMPs).

Proprietary materials that maintain integrity at high temperatures
30 ml capacity compatible with most industry hot melt systems
Higher temperatures allow for narrower beads and lines for more precise dispensing

Extreme HiTemp™ barrels withstand 180 °C at up to 7 bar. These syringes can be used with polyamides
and other types of hot melt materials. They also block all UV light between 200 and 500 nm.
