DNA loading buffer blue (5X) is a convenient ready-to-use solution to prepare samples for DNA electrophoresis.

DNA loading buffer blue is premixed with bromophenol blue and agarose gel which allows to monitor DNA migration and therefore increase the versatility of your DNA analysis. This can be used for monitoring migration rate during agarose electrophoresis and in loading DNA samples onto agarose gels.
Caution: Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
