The RapidPURE™ Plasmid mini kit is designed to isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 ml of an overnight bacterial culture for use in routine molecular biology applications such as fluorescent and radioactive sequencing and cloning.

The RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit is designed to isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 ml of an overnight bacterial culture. All steps can be carried out in either a microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold.

The Turbo Filter is combined with a catch tube into a Turbo Cartridge featuring one hole in the center of the cap for the in-situ addition of wash solution, and a second hole permitting in-situ removal of waste solution using vacuum aspiration.

Application includes: Nucleic Acid Isolation and Purification; Sample Lysis and Preparation.
