The RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit is designed to isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 ml of an overnight bacterial culture. All steps can be carried out in either a microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold.

The Turbo Filter is combined with a catch tube into a Turbo Cartridge featuring one hole in the center of the cap for the in-situ addition of wash solution, and a second hole permitting in-situ removal of waste solution using vacuum aspiration.
