The reaction plate is made of 33 expansion borosilicate glass.

• Designed for use with chemistry applications and resistant to temperatures up to 530 °C

The plates are automated from a homogeneous glass sheet also feature uniform geometry and shape to provide consistent temperatures from well to well within 0.2 °C typical.

The uniformity of the thickness of the plate bottoms is approximately ±0.1 mm and the bottom is frosted, these plates are not recommended for use with optical detection screening experiments.
