This reagent is a streptavidin-based nanopolymer detection reagent suitable for immunohistochemical detection of antigens in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and frozen sections. The detection reagent may also be used with blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. In addition, this reagent can be used for in-situ hybridization detection of biotinylated DNA/RNA probes.
