No detectable levels of genomic DNA

Typical uses include optimization of primer/probe sets to ensure no cross reactivity, as a standard to relatively quantitate unknowns to an unchanging reference for immediate validation without wasting precious RNA, or to compare QPCR efficiencies across labs/platforms/experiments.
