The MagneSil ONE, Fixed Yield Blood Genomic System purifies 1ug of DNA (+/- 50%) from 60ul of anti-coagulated whole blood. Purification of a fixed yield of DNA eliminates the need to quantitate and normalize concentrations postpurification. The highly pure DNA isolated is suitable for use in PCR, multiplex PCR and SNP genotyping applications. Walkaway automation is available on the Beckman Coulter Biomek FX in a 96-well format. Process 96 samples in about 1 hour with no hands-on time following robot setup.
