The Micro homogenizer is powered by a 12 volt lithium ion battery that provides operating speeds from 5000 to 30000 rpm for rapid homogenization of samples in volumes from 0.20 mL to 100 mL. It is an ideal solution for field based homogenization procedures involving the processing of tissues, fecal material or soft plant samples. When combined with disposable Omni Tip generator probes, cross contamination can be eliminated.
