This under sink reverse osmosis multi-stage filtration system is NSF listed to reduce particulate, chlorine taste and odor, lead, parasitic protozoan cysts, fluoride, chromium (both Hexavalent and Trivalent), cadmium, copper, radium, TDS, arsenic, p-Dichlorobenzene, toxaphene, turbidity and nitrate/nitrite. The 3M™ Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System 3MRO501 includes everything needed for most installations, such as: a polished chrome dedicated faucet, quick-connect fittings, an attached mounting bracket and tubing. Also included in the head assembly is a built-in shut-off valve that allows for changing the Sanitary Quick Change filters without shutting off the water supply and conserving water, shutting down when the storage tank is full and turning back on to refill the tank.
To maximize system performance and efficiency, we recommend regularly scheduled maintenance including replacement of the filter cartridges at the required interval, at the rated capacity, or sooner if a reduction in water flow occurs is required. Filter life is dependent on actual use and incoming water quality.
