Ingredients: 1.0% Tryptone (10.0 g/L), 0.5% Yeast Extract (5.0 g/L), 1.0% Sodium chloride (NaCl) (10.0 g/L), 1.5% Agar (15.0 g/L), 50 µg/mL Kanamycin.
