Ingredients: 1.0% Tryptone (10.0 g/L), 0.5% Yeast Extract (5.0 g/L), 1.0% sodium chloride (NaCl) (10.0 g/L), 1.5% Agar (15.0 g/L), 100 µg/mL Carbenicillin.

Ambient shipping conditions. Store at 2 to 8 °C.

For use with ampicillin resistant strains and strains harboring plasmids such as pBluescript, pGEM, pUC series plasmids. X-gal allows blue/white selection of colonies.
