These gas washing bottles are made of borosilicate glass and have a stopper component that contains gas inlet and outlet tubes.

The lower inlet tube, extending nearly to the base of the bottle, contains a Coarse or Extra-Coarse sealed-on fritted cylindrical disc (12 mm Ext.Ø×25 mm length), providing a stream of fine bubbles into the bottle.

Bottle and stopper are joined by a Standard Taper 29/42 joint.
