These bottle-top filters are complete units equipped with a tubing nozzle for attachment to bottles (bottle-top)
- Good chemical resistance
- Connection seals on any standard bottles 33 to 45 mm
- Can be used up to 50 °C
- Ideal for the filtration of HPLC solutions
Polyamide membrane filters (nylon) are used for the retention of fine particles and microorganisms in HPLC/FPLC solutions when the column packing is 10 μm. PTFE membrane filters are used for the retention of particles in organic solutions, strong acids, or aldehydes.
