MP Biomedicals' Test Kits are designed to measure alkenal, free fatty acid, malonaldehyde, percent fat, peroxide or total glycerin content in any liquid or solid sample containing oil/fat.

- Results in as little as 30 minutes
MP Biomedicals' Test Kits contains all reagents and calibrators necessary to run samples. A control is also included in each Test Kit. Each kit will allow for testing of approximately 100 samples. Sample dilution will likely be required for appropriate analysis.
