About this item
The Bio-Glo Luciferase Assay System provides a highly sensitive, robust, homogeneous reagent, the Bio-Glo Assay reagent with a new luciferase substrate, for the detection of firefly luciferase reporter gene expression in the ADCC Reporter Bioassay.
- Stable, Inhibitor-Resistant Luciferase Reagent for Bioassays
- Brighter, longer-lasting signal enables long incubations
- Room-temperature storage provides added convenience
The Bio-Glo Luciferase Assay System provides a highly sensitive, robust, homogeneous reagent for the detection of firefly luciferase reporter gene expression in the ADCC Reporter Bioassay. Bio-Glo Assay reagent contains a new luciferase substrate, resulting in a reagent that is more stable and more tolerant to sample components than standard luciferase assay reagents. Bio-Glo Assay reagent is functionally tested for performance in the ADCC Reporter Bioassay and is intended for use with this or other bioassays.

Specifications
- Storage Conditions:Store the Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay System components at –30°C to –10°C. The Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Buffer can be stored at below 30°C for up to three months with approximately a 10% change in reagent functionality. For optimal performance, reconstituted Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Reagent should be used the day of preparation. However, once reconstituted, Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Reagent can be stored at –20°C for up to six weeks.
