All MP Biomedical thermostable DNA polymerases are available in ready-to-use &GO™ PCR mastermix formats. &GO™ PCR Mastermixes contain all the components for PCR with the exception of template and primers. This not only saves valuable time in the laboratory,but also reduces the risk of pipetting and reagent handling errors. Each &GO™ mix is provided 5Xconcentrated and can be used to perform 20 μL or 50 μL reactions. To prepare the reaction, simply add 10 μL of &GO™ PCR mastermix 5XC to template and primers diluted to 40 μL. For smaller reactions, use 4 μL of mastermix in a 20 μL reaction.
