Generate a labeled siRNA sample without hindering its inherent ability to silence targeted genes. Monitor both sub-cellular localization and functional inhibition of target gene expression simultaneously following introduction of the labeled siRNA into mammalian cells. Contain sufficient reagents to label 50 µg of siRNA. siRNA can be delivered to cells in vitro or in vivo using the transfection reagent of your choice.
