The plate contains agar media made of 1% tryptone, 1% beef extract, 0.5% yeast Eextract, 2% glucose, 0.5% sodium acetate, 0.2% dipotassium phosphate, 0.2% ammonium citrate, 0.01% magnesium sulfate, 0.005% manganese sulfate, 0.1% tween-80 and 2.1% agar at pH 6.5. Plates are to be stored at room temperature.
