The DAB Quanto is an entirely new formula for a diaminobenzidine-based peroxidase substrate that develops faster on tissues sections reducing incubation times.

The standard working dilution is 30 μl of DAB Quanto Chromogen per 1 ml of DAB Quanto Substrate. The use of liquid components reduces some risks associated with the handling of powders or tablets. The DAB Quanto offers an added advantage, as the working solution is stable for up to two weeks at 2 to 8°C and up to a week at room temperature enabling continued use and minimizing waste disposal.
