Lifeline® normal Human Epidermal Melanocytes are quality tested in DermaLife M Medium to ensure optimal reduced-serum growth and morphology over a period of at least 15 population doublings (Neonatal) or 10 population doublings (Adult) at rates greater than media supplemented with higher serum, PMA or Cholera toxin

Lifeline® normal Human Epidermal Melanocytes are cryopreserved as primary or secondary cells to ensure the highest viability and plating efficiency. Lifeline® Epidermal Melanocytes are not exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red.

Lifeline® Melanocytes can be cultured without PMA or Cholera toxin or other artificial non-specific stimulants.

: Lifeline® Melanocytes are available as Neonatal Primary Cells, Neonatal Secondary Cells, Adult Secondary Cells, or Adult Highly Pigmented Secondary Cells. Lifeline® Melanocytes are 500,000 cells per vial or 1,000,000 cells per vial (highly pigmented).
