ProstaLife™ Epithelial Medium is optimized for the serum-free culture of human reproductive epithelial cells, including prostate and seminal vesicle epithelial cells. ProstaLife™ Basal Medium supports the growth of reproductive epithelial cells over a period of at least 15 population doublings. ProstaLife™ Medium contains no phenol red or antimicrobials.

ProstaLife™Medium Complete Kit includes ProstaLife™ Basal Medium and the Kit of associated supplements and growth factors to allow you to prepare fresh medium. ProstaLife™ Basal Medium requires the associated supplements and growth factors. ProstaLife™ LifeFactors® Kit includes: L-Glutamine 15 mL, Extract P™ 2 mL, Epinephrine 0.5 mL, rh TGF α 0.5 mL, Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 0.5 mL, rh Insulin 0.5 mL, Apo-Transferrin 0.5 mL, Gentamicin and Amphotericin B 0.5 mL.
