AAV Helper Free Packaging Systems contain the following constructs needed to package your recombinant adeno-associated virus along with your own expression vector: pHelper plasmid, a serotype-specific Rep-Cap plasmid, and an optional GFP expression vector for making a control virus

These systems are useful if you already have a cloning vector or expression construct containing your gene of interest. AAV Helper Free Packaging Systems are available for native serotypes 1 through 6
