About this item

Microseal® 96-Well Semi-Skirted PCR Plates are compatible with instruments requiring high-profile PCR plates, such as Applied Biosystems DNA sequencers, thermal cyclers (except Fast Cyclers), and real-time PCR systems.

  • Low-binding polypropylene

The plates are recommended for PCR sample volumes of 5–125 μl (330 µl maximum). The semi-skirted design adds stiffness and a surface for labeling. The plates are free of DNase, RNase, and human DNA.

Due to raised edges around the plate, a pressure pad (ADR5001) is required when sealing these plates with film for use in any of Bio-Rad’s thermal cyclers.
