HRP and AP Antibody Conjugates, Bio-Rad

Bio-Rad Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) and Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Secondary Antibody Conjugates are engineered for use with blot detection protocols including colorimetric and chemiluminescent.

Double affinity-purified blotting-grade antibodies are isolated by affinity chromatography, and further purified by cross-adsorption against an unrelated species to eliminate nonspecific immunoglobulins.

High titer blotting-grade antibody conjugates increase assay sensitivity; greater working dilutions (1:3,000) decrease background and increase the signal-to-noise ratio.
