iQ™ Multiplex Powermix simplifies real-time detection of multiple targets in a single tube

iQ™ Multiplex Powermix, 2x mix, includes antibody-mediated hot-start iTaq™ DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and MgCl2.

A common phenomenon of multiplex PCR is dominance of high copy target(s) resulting in underrepresentation of lower copy target sequence. With the iQ™ Multiplex Powermix there is no requirement for limiting or variable primer concentration(s), and optimization of buffer and enzyme to achieve accurate representation over a broad dynamic range.

Caution: Shelf life: 12 months (6 months minimum usage time). Storage temperature: 12 months at –20°C in a constant temperature freezer (multiple freeze/thaws not recommended); 6 months at 4°C
