iTaq™ Universal SYBR® Green Supermix contains antibody-mediated hot-start iTaq™ DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR® Green I dye, enhancers, stabilizers, and a blend of passive reference dyes (including ROX and fluorescein).
