Ordering information: The Trans-Blot® Turbo™ Transfer Packs, in either mini or midi sizes, include optimized buffer, PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane, and filter paper. The Trans-Blot® Turbo™ RTA Transfer Kits are ready-to-assemble kits, in mini and midi sizes, available with PVDF, LF (low fluorescence) PVDF, and nitrocellulose. These kits include 40 membranes, 80 transfer stacks, 5x transfer buffer (1 L for mini kits, 2 L for midi kits), and 2 gel trays for wetting and equilibrating membranes and transfer stacks.
