Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is a buffer solution which can be used to maintain cell culture media in the physiological pH range of 7.0 to 7.6
- Low endotoxin - < 0.25EU/mL
- Mycoplasma tested
- Liquid media products are formulated with cell culture grade WFI water
- Manufactured in a cGMP environment
Complete Certificate of Analysis available for each production lot, along with full formulation information.
It can serve as an irrigating, transporting or diluting fluid while maintaining cell tonicity and viability for a limited period of time.
Caution: Storage temperature: Solutions 2 - 30 °C; Powder formats 2 - 8 °C
