The one component 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate is supplied in a ready-to-use solution for membrane applications. A highly intense staining pattern increases the signal-to-noise ratios for improved sensitivity in western blot, dot blots and line assays.

Extended dynamic range with reduction of wash out at higher peroxidase concentrations
Similar sensitivity to most chemiluminescent membrane substrates without the costly equipment needed for detection
