The one component 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate is supplied in a ready-to-use solution for membrane applications. The staining pattern provides a dark blue precipitate with low background to increase the signal-to-noise ratios in western blot, dot blots and line assays.
