HAoAF can be used for studies concerning vascular diseases e.g. neointimal formation, vascular remodeling, atherosclerosis, and hypertension. They are also often used for the examination of fibroblast disorders like fibrosis or other diseases linked to either imperfect or excessive accumulation of fibroblasts.
Ordering information: Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts can be ordered as cryopreserved or proliferating cells. Additional cell pellets stored in RNAlater® are available.
