Precision Plus Protein™ Prestained Standards are available in Dual Color, All Blue, Kaleidoscope™, and Dual Xtra options

All the standards have 3 high-intensity reference bands (25, 50, and 75 kD), and except the All Blue, have pink 25 kD and 75 kD bands. The Kaleidoscope™ Standards are a mixture of four colors (blue, pink, yellow, and green) enabling easy gel and blot orientation via the multicolor pattern.

The dyes used for the standards are naturally fluorescent so they can be used for fluorescent multiplexing (the 2 kD band is not visible on fluorescent blots). All standards are provided in loading buffer, ready to load. Additional applications for these standards include monitoring electrophoretic separation for SDS-PAGE gels, molecular weight sizing in SDS-PAGE gels and monitoring blot transfer efficiency.

All the standards contain recombinant proteins with the same gel migration patterns. The Dual Xtra Standards contain 12 proteins ranging from 2 to 250 kD, combining low and broad molecular weight ranges. The other Precision Plus Protein™ Prestained Standards contain 10 proteins, ranging from 10 to 250 kD.
