Precision Plus Protein™ Unstained Standards, with Strep-tag, Bio-Rad

Precision Plus Protein™ Unstained Standards contain ten highly purified recombinant proteins with molecular masses from 10 to 250 kD, of which three are high-intensity reference bands (25, 50, and 75 kD)

These standards offer absolute molecular weight accuracy confirmed by mass spectrometry, with a known amount of protein in each band to allow approximation of protein concentration in your sample. All Precision Plus Protein™ Standards generate a standard curve with r2 values>0.99, demonstrating a strong linear relationship between the proteins' log molecular weight and relative migration distance on a gel.

Precision Plus Protein™ Unstained Standards are compatible with Laemmli and neutral pH buffer gel systems. These unstained standards can be used with stain-free gels and the Bio-Rad stain-free enabled imaging systems.

These standards have been engineered to contain a Strep-tag affinity peptide, which allows detection and molecular weight determination on western blots.
