Protector® Radioisotope Laboratory Hoods, Labconco®

Designed to give maximum protection for radiochemical applications.

Components for converting either or both fixtures to vacuum and cold water are provided. Hood is factory prepared for up to eight service fixtures and four electrical duplexes. T8 fluorescent lights with vapor-proof covers provide a bright, nonglare working area.

Stainless steel interior.

One-piece, seamless, Type 304 stainless steel liner has radiused corners and integral bottom. Supporting work surface is included. Free of joints, cracks, and gaskets to minimize contamination build-up. Exterior is glacier white durable, powder-coated steel.

: 4 to 6' models are available with 2 service fixtures and 1 electrical receptacle included. 8' models are available with 2 service fixtures and 2 electrical receptacles included. For hoods with cupsinks or other accessories, contact your Avantor sales representative. A dedicated, remotely located exhaust blower and a base cabinet or stand are required for operation (all sold separately).
