The Mouse/Rabbit PolyVue HRP/DAB Detection System is a polymer-based 1-step horseradish peroxidase-labeled detection system for immunohistochemistry.

These reagents detect antibodies raised in mouse and rabbit, simultaneously, with significantly lower background than biotin/avidin detection systems. This kit can detect mouse IgG, IgM and rabbit primary antibodies, both monoclonal and polyclonal. Reagents can be used for manual staining or with any automated staining platform. The working solution of Stable DAB/Plus is stable for a week, offering convenience and cost savings due to less hazardous waste generation.

Ordering information: The kit includes peroxidase block, Anti-Mouse/Rabbit HRP polymer, stable DAB/Plus Buffer, stable DAB/Plus chromogen, and an empty mixing bottle for stable DAB/Plus.
