The CellSafe™ is a disposable plastic biopsy insert consisting of two hinged interlocking plastic frames with an integral nylon mesh.
- The CellSafe™ is designed for single use only
- Strictly avoid using in microwave processors
- The mesh area measures 18×18×2 mm
The mesh is extra fine and therefore ensures a high level of specimen security.
The plastic frame and nylon mesh are suitable for use in common tissue processing reagents including formaldehyde solutions, Bouin's fluid, alcohol solutions, xylene, chloroform, citrus based clearing agents and paraffin wax (melting point up to 65 °C).
