About this item
Human bone marrow mononuclear cells are isolated from bone marrow aspirates using density gradient centrifugation techniques. Human bone marrow is collected from healthy human volunteer donors under IRB approved informed consent via our qualified hospital and physician network.
Mononuclear cells are widely used in research and clinical applications such as in microbiology, virology, oncology, vaccine development, transplant and regenerative biology, and toxicology.
Serological and Infectious disease testing are performed with each donation. Customers should handle product as if potentially infectious following biosafety level 2 procedures.
