Human cord blood mononuclear cells are isolated from cord blood using density gradient centrifugation techniques
Mononuclear cells are widely used in research and clinical applications such as in microbiology, virology, oncology, vaccine development, transplant and regenerative biology, and toxicology.
Serological and Infectious disease testing are performed with each donation. Customers should handle product as if potentially infectious following biosafety level 2 procedures.
Human cord blood is collected aseptically at the time of delivery from healthy pregnant women under IRB approved informed consent via our qualified hospital and physician network.
