Heavy-gauge, cold-rolled steel exterior with a powder-coat finish resists chipping and rust and stainless steel interior is durable and simple to clean. The 127 mm (5") thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides excellent thermal qualities. Convenient interior covers minimize sample exposure to outside conditions and the inner sub-lids protects exposure of samples to outside conditions during single sample retrievals. Other features include an easy-to-remove washable air filter, ergonomic, lockable door handle, optional CO2 or LN2 safety back-up system for additional protection in the event of a power or mechanical failure, and RS-232 and four 20 milliamp analog outputs for independent monitoring devices and recorders. The locking heavy-duty casters provide smooth mobility.
