• 4X Laummli Sample Buffer: 277.8 mM Tris-HCI, pH 6.8, 4.4% LDS, 44.4% (v/v) glycerol, 0.02% bromophenol blue
• Native Sample Buffer: 62.5 mM Tris-HCI, pH 6.8, 40% (v/v) glycerol, 0.01% bromophenol blue
• Tricine Sample Buffer: 204 mM Tris-HCI, pH 6.8, 2% SDS, 40.8% (v/v) glycerol, 0.04% Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250
• IEF Sample Buffer: 50% (v/v) glycerol
• Zymogram Sample Buffer: 65.8 mM Tris-HCI, pH 6.8, 26.3% (w/v) glycerol, 4.2% SDS, 0.01% bromophenol blue

Specialized buffers and reagents include Tricine sample buffer for Tris-Tricine gels, used for resolution of peptides and small proteins, and XT Sample Buffer and XT Reducing Agent that can be used with Bio-Rad’s Criterion™ XT Gels.
