10X PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) solution consisting of 80.6mM sodium phosphate, 19.4mM potassium phosphate, 27mM KCl and 1.37M NaCl in high purity dH2O, pH 7.4

Solution is 0.2 μm filtered and dispensed into durable, square Nalgene bottles. The 5L size is supplied in an upright carton with a convenient dispensing spout. Dilute to 1X with high purity dH2O for a solution consisting of 10mM phosphate, pH 7.4 ± 0.1, 2.7mM potassium chloride and 137mM NaCl.
