PureCube StrepTactin® agarose resin beads enable protein yields of up to 5 mg protein per ml resin. They are intended for FPLC and batch spin-based protein purification. PureCube StrepTactin® agarose can also be purchased pre-packed in FPLC cartridges and columns. Furthermore, PureCube StrepTactin® agarose XL resin is also available for higher FPLC flow rates or very viscous cell media. Alternatively, Cube Biotech also offers PureCube StrepTactin® magnetic beads/MagBeads.
